Well, ideally, users should have the option to select in their profiles which theme they will see (I know most forums have this feature - I'm not sure about forumotion though). I like the current theme actually.

Sure, I don't mind them at all. You can put as many ads on the site as you want. I'll occasionally click them.

No, not really. More activity and things to do would be nice, I suppose.

I don't know. One thing that we should take into consideration is that, according to the Terms and Conditions of the hosting provider hosting this forum (Forumotion.com), we will never own the database or have access to it - meaning that if Forumotion.com goes bankrupt, or disappears, or just decided to delete our forum, there is no way of ever retrieving our data or backing it up. So essentially, we're locked into their system, and the room for growth is ultimately limited.
